About postcard pricing: The Full System plan includes up to 100 postcards per month — printing, addressing, and mailing all handled for you. Need more than 100? Additional postcards are billed at $1.25 each with no markup. Most local service businesses find 50–80 postcards per month more than covers their identified visitor volume.
About lead capture limits: The Recover plan includes up to 350 captured leads per month, Recover + Retarget includes up to 750, and the Full System plan handles up to 1,000. Most local service businesses fall well within these thresholds. Does the free trial apply to all plans?
No — the 30-day free trial applies specifically to our Tier 1 Recover plan. This is because Tier 2 and Tier 3 include active ad management and direct mail, which require real spend. The free trial is our way of letting you see the core system working — identifying your visitors and following up automatically — before you commit to anything.
How does ad spend work? Do I pay you for ads?
No. Your ad spend goes directly to Facebook — not through us. You control your own ad account and set your own budget. Our monthly fee covers the strategy, audience setup, creative direction, and ongoing optimization. This keeps things completely transparent — you always know exactly what you're spending and where.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Since everything is month-to-month, you can move between plans at any time. Many clients start on the Recover free trial, see results, then upgrade to Tier 2 to add retargeting. Some add Tier 3 postcards during slow seasons to get extra touchpoints. There's no penalty for changing plans.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
We hop on a quick Zoom call, walk through your results together, and you decide what you want to do. If you want to continue, we bill $497/month going forward. If you want to upgrade to a higher tier, we transition you over. And if it's not the right fit, you walk away — no charge, no hard feelings. We earn your business through results, not contracts.
What if I get more than 100 visitors identified per month?
The visitor identification and email follow-up system handles unlimited identified contacts on all plans. The 100-postcard limit applies only to physical direct mail on the Full System plan. If you want to mail more than 100 postcards in a given month, additional cards are just $1.25 each — billed at cost with no markup.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. On the Tier 1 free trial, setup is completely free. On Tier 2 and Tier 3, setup is included in your first month's fee. We want to make starting as easy as possible — the only thing between you and recovering lost leads is a 30-minute Zoom call.
